In order for a return to be evaluated the following paperwork must be provided:

Order Number
Proof of Purchase
Watch Name
Invoice Number
All Paperwork/Documents Provided


Please Note: This return policy only applies to purchases related to direct orders from the TKV website. If you purchased from our other platforms, feel free to contact the platform directly to initiate the return according to their policies. 

 

How to Ship Your Watch after your item has been redeemed returnable:

You can ship out your watch via an insured shipping carrier such as: UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You can pay for them to pack it (heavily recommended) or pack it yourself. Please make sure to contact us to receive the address for where you will be shipping it to. 

  1. Print out your shipping label.
  2. Grab two new, sturdy boxes (double boxing is required for insurance purposes).
  3. Pack your watch along with all accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.), the original box and papers into the first box.
  4. Pack the inner box into the larger outer box.
  5. Tape the shipping label to the outer box.
  6. Schedule a pick-up or drop your package off at an authorized shipping facility like UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

If you purchased from the TKV Website directly, you can return your watch if it is a pre-worn watch and has been less than 7 days since you bought it. You must also have all original documentation. NOTE: A return request takes 2 days to process.

All return requests should be handled on the platform you made the purchase on. Example: If you purchased your watch on Ebay, their return policies should be followed and will not be modified.
